Shipping policy

KOVA Offroad partners with leading off-road manufacturers across the United States. Many products ship directly from brand warehouses to reduce handling time and improve delivery efficiency.

Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Processing time is separate from transit time.

• Custom, made-to-order, pre-order, or backordered items may require extended lead times.

If an item has an extended lead time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email after purchase

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Orders for custom, made-to-order, or backordered items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping times vary depending on product type, warehouse location, and carrier.

Small Parcel (UPS / FedEx Ground)

Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Freight Shipments (Bumpers, Racks, Sliders, Armor, Large Items)

Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days after shipment.

Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Manufacturer Direct & Split Shipments

Many products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses.

Because of this:

• Items in the same order may ship separately

• You may receive multiple tracking numbers

• Orders may arrive on different days

• Lead times may vary by brand

Free Shipping

Many items qualify for free standard shipping within the Lower 48 United States.

Free shipping:

• Applies to standard ground delivery only

• Does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipments

• May exclude oversized freight items (if noted on the product page)

If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned, actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Freight Delivery (Large Items)

Large items ship via freight carrier and may require special delivery arrangements.

Important freight guidelines:

• Freight shipments may require a signature

• Residential deliveries may incur liftgate or accessorial fees

• Commercial addresses with forklift access are preferred

• Some freight shipments may be delivered to a local freight terminal for pickup

Customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting all freight shipments at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

Freight Damage Policy

If damage is visible:

• Note damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing

• Take photos immediately

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If damage is significant, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Signing for freight without noting damage may void your ability to file a freight claim.

Failure to properly document freight damage at time of delivery may result in denial of freight claims.

KOVA Offroad is not responsible for freight damage that is not properly documented upon delivery.

Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and may require photos of the product and original packaging.

Address Accuracy & Rerouting

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment must be rerouted after leaving the warehouse:

• Carrier reroute fees will be charged to the customer

• Delivery delays may occur

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to return shipping fees and reshipment charges.

International & Non-Continental U.S. Shipping

Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments require a custom shipping quote.

• Shipping costs shown at checkout may be estimates only

• Additional freight charges may apply for oversized, rural, or extended delivery areas

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees

• Some brands may restrict shipping to certain international destinations

KOVA Offroad is not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or additional import charges.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. 

KOVA Offroad is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

If you are concerned about delivery security, we recommend:

• Shipping to a secure business address

• Requiring signature delivery

• Monitoring tracking closely

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not automatically included unless stated. Customers may request signature confirmation or additional delivery protections at checkout where available.

Carrier Delays

KOVA Offroad is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather

• Natural disasters

• Carrier operational delays

• High-volume seasonal periods

We will assist with tracking and communication when possible.

KOVA Offroad is not responsible for labor costs, installation scheduling conflicts, or shop fees resulting from delayed shipments.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update within the carrier’s system.
