Overlays for the Trail Sights
You ask.Β We listened.Β Multiple inquiries came through for these overlays.Β We're not the only ones that wanted to overlay our trail sights, but your demand pushed it to the top of the list.
Ships withΒ 2 full sets of overlays.Β You only need to use one, but we don't like our customers to be stranded without a backup.Β I found out that each time I installed the overlays using a dry method, it wound up in a slightly different place.Β If you don't like the alignment, start over with a new one.
NOTE:Β Badlands Orange is the closest vinyl color we could find to the interior of the Badlands.Β In certain light it looks very similar.Β In darker light it looks a little lighter, but is much closer than a standard orange.Β Badlands Grey is close to the dash color.Β Please see photos.

INSTALLATION
Clean the application area and apply the vinyl using a DRYΒ installation.Β Make sure the area is clean and free of dust, debris, dirt, wax, etc.
85 degree install WEATHERΒ withouthigh humidity is the best environment.
Some will choose to clean the application area with rubbing alcohol which is okay.
"Rubbing alcohol will not damage car paintΒ if it is diluted to between 10% and 15%. Since rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, it doesn't damage car paint."
Make sure the installation area is completely dry before attempting an install.Β Cleaning agents take surprisingly long amounts of time to dry when it is humid.Β
When really hot trydoing the install in the shade so it doesn't heat up the vinyl rapidly.Β Β Perform a dry install.
Low heat is recommended for maximum bonding with a dry installation as well.Β Note that every spot we installed these on had slightly different alignment.Β Initial alignment will result in various final alignment.Β On our vehicle the bolts were not all centered on the bolt hole.
After installed, the next few times you visit your vehicle, be sure to press the vinyl down firmly.Β This will help it to develop a strong bond.

Obtaining Return Authorization

- We will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping location after the return has been approved.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Warranty & Defective Products
- Product warranties are provided by the individual manufacturer and vary by brand and product.
- KOVA Offroad does not independently manufacture or warrant third-party products, but we will assist customers with the warranty claim process whenever possible.
- If you believe a product is defective, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.
- Warranty approval, replacement, repair, shipping costs, and claim requirements are subject to the manufacturerβs warranty policy.
- Do not return a defective product until return or warranty instructions have been provided.
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
- Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- Special-order, custom, made-to-order, clearance, or certain manufacturer-direct products may not be cancellable or returnable.
- Any applicable cancellation or restocking fees will be communicated before the return or cancellation is completed.
