The 2024+ Lexus Gx 550 comes with two possible frame configurations. Before ordering, check whether your vehicle has threaded frame mounting holes or non-threaded frame holes.
You’ll need to select the correct option when you order:

Threaded Frame Holes: Bolts thread directly into the frame

No Threaded Frame Holes: Uses through-frame hardware with washers and plates
Choosing the correct configuration ensures proper fitment and full slider strength.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.

- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.

- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
