Modern Winching Architecture: We've replaced the traditional snatch block with a lightweight 12500kg (27500lbs) Winch Recovery Ring. Combined with the 12000kg (26400lbs) Tree Trunk Protector, you have a high-strength, low-weight solution for double-line pulls and angled recoveries.

Included Shackles: Total versatility for any terrain. We include two 15000kg (33000lbs) Soft Shackles for lightweight, high-safety connections, plus two rated 4750kg (10400lbs) Steel Bow Shackles for when maximum durability is required.

Free shipping on regular catalog items (Lower 48).
Exceptions:
• Oversized / freight products — flat $150 or $350 freight (shown on the product page and at checkout).

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

- Include your order number inside and outside the package.
Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
