The Factor 55 HitchLink 3.0 is a high-strength, lightweight shackle mount designed for 3-inch trailer receivers. Crafted from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, this durable accessory provides a reliable recovery and tow point without the need for additional adapters. Its mil-spec hard anodized gunmetal gray finish ensures resistance to corrosion and wear, making it suitable for demanding environments. The HitchLink 3.0 features a machined radius on the shackle mount hole for soft shackles up to 1/2 inch, accommodating a range of shackles and soft shackles for versatile recovery options. With a rated capacity of 18,000 pounds, it offers peace of mind during heavy-duty towing and recovery operations. The design allows quick installation by sliding into your vehicle's Class V 3-inch receiver and securing with a hitch pin (not included), making it an essential tool for off-road enthusiasts and professional recovery teams alike.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
