Built for the Tacoma Rock Runner Front Bumper / 3rd Gen / 2016-2023, this C4 Fabrication component delivers rugged durability, precise fitment, and trail-ready performance. Engineered for serious off-road use while maintaining everyday drivability.
Fitment
- Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install
- Cross Member Delete & Rock Runner Front Skid requires cutting out factory cross member
- Bull bar NOT compatible with Toyota Safety Sense.
Features
- Modular 3-Pience Design utilizing bolt-on wings
- Frame Support Brackets included with bumper
- 3/4? thick D-ring tabs come fully welded front and back
- Bumper is made from 11ga laser cut P&O steel with 3/16" thick mounting plates and winch plate.
- Bumpers ship with winch cover plate and bridge skid that will connect to our current skid plates and factory cross member.
- Front Skid Plate kit includes replacement cross member & power steering relocation kit
- Cutouts in front of the bumper allow for winch lever access.

- Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
