The factory tie down points are retained, and additional tie-down options are provided by our system. Manufactured from American steel, these panels maximize cargo storage by utilizing vertical storage space to keep the truck bed free for larger loads. The panels are ideal for storing gear such as shovels, hi-lift jacks, fluid tanks, recovery gear, and more. Our panels are finished with a hammer black powder coat, bringing a sleek style and providing resistance to the elements. Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:

- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

Order Cancellations & Changes:

- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
