Warranty & Manufacturer Policy

KOVA Offroad is an authorized retailer of aftermarket automotive products manufactured by third-party brands.

KOVA Offroad does not manufacture the products sold on this website and provides no independent warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Most products sold by KOVA Offroad are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Warranty coverage typically applies to:

• Defects in workmanship

• Defects in materials

Each manufacturer establishes its own warranty terms, conditions, duration, limitations, and exclusions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific manufacturer warranty applicable to their product prior to purchase.

KOVA Offroad does not guarantee product compatibility or fitment beyond manufacturer specifications.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage generally does NOT include:

• Powder coat finish damage

• Chips, scratches, or cosmetic blemishes

• Normal wear and tear

• Surface rust or corrosion

• UV fading

• Environmental exposure

• Trail damage

• Collision damage

• Improper installation

• Misuse or abuse

• Racing or competition use

• Commercial use unless expressly stated

• Modification, welding, drilling, or structural alteration

• Labor costs

• Removal or reinstallation labor

• Shipping or freight costs

• Vehicle downtime

• Rental vehicles

• Consequential or incidental damages

Surface corrosion, oxidation, and finish degradation resulting from environmental exposure, road salt, moisture, or off-road use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Powder Coat & Finish Disclaimer

Off-road products are exposed to harsh elements. Finish wear, minor rust development, and cosmetic imperfections may occur over time and are considered normal use conditions unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer’s written warranty.

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

Contact KOVA Offroad at support@kovaoffroad.com and provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos

• Installation details

We will assist in initiating the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Final determination of warranty eligibility is made solely by the manufacturer.

Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer’s discretion.

The manufacturer may choose to:

• Repair the product

• Replace the product

• Provide replacement components

Warranty claims do not entitle the customer to a cash refund unless explicitly authorized by the manufacturer.

KOVA Offroad does not control warranty decisions or outcomes.

Installation & Modification Disclaimer

Improper installation voids most manufacturer warranties.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Modification, welding, drilling, powder coat alteration, structural changes, or any alteration from original manufacturer configuration void warranty eligibility.

Customers assume all risks associated with installation and vehicle modification.

Labor & Freight Costs

Manufacturers typically do not cover:

• Installation labor

• Removal labor

• Diagnostic labor

• Shipping costs

• Freight costs

• Expedited shipping

KOVA Offroad is not responsible for labor reimbursement or freight reimbursement unless explicitly approved in writing by the manufacturer.

Freight Damage Claims

Freight damage must be:

• Noted clearly at the time of delivery

• Documented with photos

• Reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

Failure to properly document freight damage at the time of delivery will result in denial of freight-related warranty or damage claims.

Limitation of Liability

KOVA Offroad’s role is limited to retail sale of products.

KOVA Offroad shall not be liable for:

• Vehicle damage

• Personal injury

• Loss of use

• Lost profits

• Labor costs

• Consequential or incidental damages

Liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Non-Transferability

Most manufacturer warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
