Our Bump Buddy jounce stops replace the factory hard rubber bump stops. These jounce stops are designed to control bottom out resistance in a smooth and progressive manner. Made to our exact specifications, and tuned to work in concert with our Falcon shock and strut packages, they are made from OEM grade microcellular foam which features excellent compression and rebound behavior.

- This allows the bump to contact the control arm at ride height, increasing resistance to sway and bottom out, but their progressive design prevents them from limiting overall suspension travel

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
