The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Master Rebuild Kit is the ultimate service solution for professional shops and technicians who routinely rebuild ICON shock absorbers. Featuring a comprehensive assortment of the most common replacement seals used in ICON 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 Series shocks, this kit includes quantities sufficient to service multiple shock absorbers while eliminating the need to stock individual rebuild seal kits. Organized in a convenient storage case for quick identification and easy access, the kit helps streamline shock service and improve shop efficiency. Comprised entirely of genuine ICON Vehicle Dynamics components, the Master Rebuild Kit ensures proper fit, reliable sealing, and the long-lasting performance expected from every ICON shock rebuild.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

- Include your order number inside and outside the package.
Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
