The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Shock Shaft Bullet Tool is an essential service tool designed to simplify shock rebuilds and help protect critical sealing components during assembly. Precision CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, the tool fits securely over the tenon of any ICON 1" diameter shock absorber shaft without integrated Bump Piston, creating a smooth transition that allows a loaded seal head to slide easily into place during installation. By eliminating sharp edges and thread transitions, the Shock Shaft Bullet Tool helps prevent damage to the seals, reducing the risk of leaks and ensuring proper assembly. Designed for professional shock servicing, this precision tool streamlines the rebuild process while helping maintain the long-term performance and reliability of ICON shock absorbers.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
