INSTALLATION
Clean the rear window glass thoroughly and apply the acrylic using a DRY installation. Make sure the glass surface is clean and free of dust, debris, dirt, wax, etc. Remove the protective paper LAST.
70+ degree install weather without high humidity is the best environment.
Some will choose to clean the application area with rubbing alcohol which is okay. "Rubbing alcohol will not damage glass if it is diluted to between 10% and 15%. Since rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, it won't leave residue."
Make sure the glass is completely dry before attempting an install.
WARNING: Adhesive is extremely sticky. Be careful with placement.
Test fit the piece, then remove the backing and press firmly to finish the install. THEN remove the paper protector.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do these replace the factory rear window?
No. These matte acrylic flag inserts simply apply with adhesive directly to the rear window glass surface on the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL.
Do they fit both 2-door and 4-door Wranglers?
No. The rear window flag inserts are only designed to fit 4-door Jeep Wrangler JL models.
What material and finish are the flags made from?
The flags are made from matte acrylic, laser cut in Fort Myers, FL, designed for durability and long-term outdoor use.
How do I install them?
Installation is straightforward. Clean the rear window glass thoroughly, dry it completely, then do a dry install — press firmly and remove the paper protector last. Typically takes only a few minutes.
