The ARB ARW120SA winch is designed for demanding off-road and recovery applications, offering a robust 12,000-pound line pull capacity. Crafted with durable aluminum and steel components, this winch features a compact, integrated motor control system that enhances installation ease and operational reliability. The built-in 500-amp Albright DC contactor ensures seamless power transfer directly within the unit, eliminating the need for an external control box and reducing setup complexity. Its IP68 rating guarantees protection against dust, water, and other environmental hazards, making it suitable for tough outdoor conditions. The winch's 5.7 horsepower motor provides fast line speeds up to 65 feet per minute, ensuring efficient recovery operations. The 7/16 inch x 78.9-foot synthetic rope is lightweight yet strong, with a forged 6061 aluminum hawse fairlead designed for smooth operation and rope longevity. The 16-position clockable clutch handle offers flexible mounting options, accommodating various vehicle setups. Control options include a wireless remote working up to forty meters or a wired five-meter lead, and a remote-mounted control plug allows for concealed installations. The system's compact pre-wired design simplifies installation, while the 500-amp power isolation switch with stainless lanyard adds an extra layer of safety.
