Built for the ARB Tree Trunk Protector Strap ARB730LB for Safe Vehicle Recovery and Tree Preservation, this ARB component delivers rugged durability, precise fitment, and trail-ready performance. Engineered for serious off-road use while maintaining everyday drivability.
The ARB Tree Trunk Protector Strap ARB730LB is an essential accessory for vehicle recovery operations that involve anchoring to trees. Crafted from durable 100% polyester, this 10-foot long strap features a width of 3 1/8 inches, providing a broad surface area to distribute tension evenly and prevent damage to both the tree and your recovery gear. With a robust breaking strength of 26,000 pounds, it offers reliable performance even under demanding conditions, ensuring safety and peace of mind during recovery efforts. The vibrant green color enhances visibility in outdoor environments, making it easy to identify and position correctly.
This tree trunk protector is designed to eliminate the risk of ring barking—a common issue when using cables, ropes, or chains directly around the tree trunk. By wrapping the strap around the trunk, it creates a protective barrier that safeguards the tree's health while allowing secure attachment points for recovery devices. Its high-quality polyester construction resists abrasion and weathering, making it suitable for repeated use in rugged outdoor settings. The strap weighs approximately 4 pounds, balancing durability with portability for easy transport and deployment.
Whether you're a professional recovery technician or an avid outdoor enthusiast, the ARB730LB Tree Trunk Protector Strap is a vital tool that enhances safety and equipment longevity. Proper use of this strap can prevent environmental damage and ensure that your vehicle recovery operations are both effective and environmentally responsible. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for proper attachment and tensioning to maximize safety and effectiveness during recovery scenarios.
