Its slim profile allows for easy storage in your vehicle or ARB Outback Solutions drawers, ensuring your recovery gear is always accessible when needed. The kit includes a high-quality ARB 17,600 lbs snatch strap (ARB705LB), two galvanized 4.75-ton shackles, a set of recovery gloves, and a tough recovery bag with dual internal pockets. These pockets are designed to organize your gear efficiently and include space for a recovery dampener (sold separately), making it ideal for quick access during emergency situations. Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
