We’ve integrated a custom Avatar-designed L-track system directly into the box walls. This not only lowers weight and increases durability, but also allows for shelf adjustability and tie-down versatility using standard L-track accessories. Every feature serves a dual function—no wasted space, no wasted weight.

Mounting Solution:
Mounting the Giga Storage Box is a breeze, thanks to its compatibility with Avatar Offroad’s Massif or the Sir Packs-A-Lot mounting solutions. This flexibility allows you to choose the ideal mounting location that best suits your van’s setup and your specific needs. Whether you’re a camper, an outdoor enthusiast, or a service professional, this storage box has got you covered!
Note: Placement on Passenger side door may require our “handle extension” for easy access to van handle. Currently for Sprinter and Transit Massif Carriers.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
