Take the hassle out of manual winch operation with the Carbon Offroad Air Freespool Clutch Upgrade. This upgrade replaces the standard manual freespool lever on your Carbon 12K and Scout Pro winches with an air-actuated clutch system.

With the push of a button, you can quickly engage or disengage your winch drum. No more leaning over bull bars, climbing under bumpers, or struggling in the mud. By integrating directly into your onboard air system, this upgrade makes recovery faster, easier, and easier to control.

Installation Notes:

  • You’ll need to supply your own switch and wiring, as every setup is different and cannot be universally accounted for.

  • Instructional video coming soon.

  • To install, simply remove the factory gear handle using a 3mm Allen key and a shifter, then fit the air clutch kit in its place.
