Features & Benefits
- Compression adjustable: The Carli Spec King 2.5 shock package features compression dampening knobs to allow the user to adjust for different terrains.
- Stainless Shafts: Unlike standard King and other coilovers, our Carli spec feature 17-4 Stainless shafts for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
- Custom tuning: These shocks feature extensive custom shock tuning to provide the best on and off-road ride quality and use Carlis signature 5-port pistion.
- Finned Reservoirs: The finned reservoirs featured on the Carli Spec King shocks provide added cooling during extreme offroad use and sleek and stylish looks.
- Roost guards: The rear shocks in this kit feature roost guards to protect the shock shafts from any debris the front tires may be throwing their way during off-roading.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
