Door Sill Protection Vinyl - 4 Door
It's a sad truth that the paint on your 2021+ Ford Bronco door sills are probably going to get damaged if you don't protect it. Just check out the damage on ours from after a week.
Our 3D Carbon premium, US sourced vinyl is the most durable material we offer aside from clear. The other colors will protect your sill but are more susceptible to visual damage. If you choose to go that route, you can always replace them as they show wear.
Sold as a set of four (two larger pieces for the front, two smaller pieces for the rear).
NOTE: 2 door owners, please click here.
NOTE: Clear is paint protection film.
NOT ALL MATERIALS ARE CREATED EQUALLY
When purchasing vinyl overlays, keep in mind that not all materials are created equally. I use premium vinyl which has high initial costs, but are the industry standards for high quality materials. Designed and cut in our Fort Myers, FL facility. - Dragon Wrap Carbon Fiber Films (3D Carbon) is a 5.6 mil calendered vinyl film featuring a clear repositionable permanent acrylic adhesive on an air-egress liner. This film has excellent dimensional stability, outstanding durability and outdoor performance. - This repositionable permanent adhesive offers minimal initial bond growing to permanent bonds that facilitates application of large graphics. The air egress liner also aids in large graphic application. - Minimum application temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit. - Up to 5 year durability outdoors. Rated EXCELLENT for WATER RESISTANCE, HUMIDITY RESISTANCE, and SOLVENT RESISTANCE.
Care Details: Concept Carbon Fiber film should be maintained to preserve long term appearance using standard aftercare products designed for textured exterior vinyl surfaces. A commercially available protectant such as Armor All or 303 Aerospace Protectant is recommended. DO NOT use waxes of any type.
Installation
Clean the application area to prepare it for installation.
NOTES: We recommend that the installation area be free of wax and not under direct sunlight. Some will choose to clean the application with rubbing alcohol which is okay.
"Rubbing alcohol will not damage car paint if it is diluted to between 10% and 15%. Since rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, it doesn't damage car paint."
- Microfiber
- Detailing Spray
- Soapy Water (for installation of clear and materials other than 3D Carbon)

FAQ
Does this fit the 2-door Bronco?
No - this kit is for the 4-door Bronco only. See our 2-door door sill protectors listing.
What is the difference between Clear and the color options?
Clear is paint protection film (PPF) - it protects the sill while remaining invisible. The colored options (3D Carbon, Black Matte, etc.) are decorative vinyl overlays that also protect the surface.
What is included?
A set of four pieces - two larger pieces for the front door sills and two smaller pieces for the rear door sills.
Does the 3D Carbon require different installation than the solid colors?
Yes - 3D Carbon uses a dry install method. All other colors can be installed wet. Watch the appropriate install video for your material choice.
