EXTREME DUTY SOFT SHACKLE 3/8IN X 10IN
The Factor 55 Extreme Duty Soft Shackles are made in the USA under the uncompromised Factor 55 quality standards. Like all Factor 55 rigging products, these shackles have been lab and field-tested to assure consistent minimum breaking strength values. Each extreme duty soft shackle is constructed of HMPE Plasma rope that includes additional abrasion and UV protection with a woven polyester jacket that is carefully whipped and coated with Fiber Lo ck. The protective jacket is attached close to the knot to provide as much abrasion protection as possible. For their size and weight, these Extreme Duty Soft Shackles provide an additional 25-30% verified breaking strengths when compared to standard soft shackles on the market today.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.

- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
