Designed with high-grade 304 stainless steel shock bodies, these shocks offer exceptional corrosion resistance and durability, even in harsh environments. Each shock features a finely finished machine surface that enhances both appearance and resistance against rust. The upgraded black anodized 6061 aluminum reservoir bodies improve heat dissipation, keeping the shocks cooler during aggressive off-road driving and reducing fade for consistent performance. The NitroSteel(R) piston rods provide increased hardness and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and reliable operation over time.
These shocks are engineered with urethane bushings at the mounting points, which significantly reduce road noise and rattling compared to spherical bearings, providing a quieter ride. The shocks are available with or without external reservoirs, accommodating different ride preferences and installation needs. The coilover models utilize spherical bearings at each end along with urethane misalignment cups in the top caps to enhance strength and minimize road noise transfer. All Dirt Logic coilovers come preloaded with the correct amount of preload, allowing for straightforward installation without additional adjustments. With a collapsed length of approximately 19.52 inches and an extended length of about 32.81 inches, the shocks feature a stroke of 13.3 inches, providing ample travel for off-road conditions.
