The Fabtech Dirt Logic 2.25 Shock Absorber is engineered for exceptional off-road performance and durability, specifically designed for 2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma models. Featuring advanced stainless steel construction, these shocks offer superior corrosion resistance and a sleek, machine-finished appearance. The high-grade 304 stainless steel shock bodies outperform conventional shocks in harsh environments, ensuring longevity and consistent performance. Additionally, the black anodized 6061 aluminum reservoir bodies provide enhanced heat dissipation, maintaining optimal shock temperature during aggressive off-road driving and reducing fade for a more controlled ride. Each piston rod is upgraded to NitroSteel(R), a super-hard material that offers increased wear resistance and corrosion protection, ensuring reliable operation over time. The inclusion of urethane bushings at mounting points minimizes road noise and rattling, providing a quieter, smoother ride. These shocks are available with or without external reservoirs, and universal kits are supplied for easy installation on various applications, ranging from 8 to 16 inches of stroke. Designed to meet the demands of serious off-road enthusiasts, the Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks feature a 10.04-inch stroke length, with a collapsed length of 17.99 inches and an extended length of 28.03 inches. They come preloaded with the correct amount of preload, allowing for straightforward installation without additional adjustments. The shocks are built to endure, offering outstanding performance and longevity under demanding conditions, making them an ideal upgrade for off-road Toyota Tacoma owners seeking durability and enhanced ride quality.
