The Factor 55 Extreme Duty Soft Shackle is engineered for demanding off-road and recovery applications, offering exceptional strength and durability. Crafted in the USA under strict quality standards, this soft shackle is constructed from high-performance HMPE Plasma rope, which is enhanced with abrasion and UV protection through a woven polyester jacket. The jacket is carefully whipped and coated with Fiber Lock to ensure maximum protection near the knot, reducing wear and extending service life. Designed for reliability, each soft shackle demonstrates verified breaking strengths that are 25-30% higher than standard soft shackles, making it a trusted choice for heavy-duty recovery tasks. With a pull-to-pull length of 24 inches, it provides ample reach and flexibility for various recovery scenarios.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
