Its large pear-shaped mounting hole allows seamless attachment to common 3/4 inch screw pin shackles, soft shackles, or OEM recovery points, eliminating the risks associated with conventional hooks such as strap fraying or accidental release during slack cycles. The FlatLink E's design facilitates quick installation, making it an ideal addition for recovery setups requiring enhanced safety and efficiency. When folded flat, it measures less than 1.75 inches thick, allowing easy storage against roller or hawse fairleads.
