FLATLINK XTV WINCH SHACKLE MOUNT -- GRAY
The Factor 55 FlatLink XTV offers a robust and versatile solution for UTV and ATV winch applications, replacing traditional hooks with a high-strength shackle or D-ring. Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum with a hard anodized finish, this mount provides a lightweight yet sturdy option for heavy-duty recovery tasks. Its design enables it to fold neatly into the fairlead when not in use, offering a streamlined profile and a better approach angle compared to standard models. The FlatLink XTV is widely utilized by search and rescue teams and military units worldwide, underscoring its reliability in demanding scenarios. It is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes up to 5/16 inch diameter, eliminating the need for splicing and simplifying installation with its aerospace-grade double shear titanium pin and snap ring. The inclusion of EPDM rubber guards protects alloy fairleads from damage, prevents rattling during operation, and is securely attached with four barbed tips for extra stability. This product is designed for quick and easy installation, making it suitable for both professional and recreational users seeking a dependable recovery shackle mount. The FlatLink XTV enhances safety and efficiency during winching operations, ensuring a firm connection and reducing the risk of failure under load.
