FLATLINK XTV WINCH SHACKLE MOUNT -- SILVER
The Factor 55 FlatLink XTV Winch Shackle Mount in Silver offers a robust upgrade for UTV and ATV winch systems. Designed to replace traditional hooks with a stronger, more reliable shackle or D-ring, this mount enhances safety and performance during recovery operations. Its innovative foldable design allows the FlatLink XTV to neatly stow into the fairlead when not in use, providing a cleaner profile and better approach angles compared to standard solutions. This feature is particularly advantageous for off-road enthusiasts and professional rescue teams who demand optimal functionality in tight spaces.
Constructed from durable 6061 aluminum with a bright dip anodized finish, the FlatLink XTV is built to withstand harsh environments. It utilizes a high-strength aerospace-grade double shear titanium pin and a snap ring for secure attachment, ensuring maximum load capacity while maintaining ease of installation. The mount is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes up to 5/16 inches in diameter, making it versatile for various winch setups. Additionally, EPDM rubber guards protect alloy fairleads from abrasion, prevent rattling, and are securely attached with four barbed tips, adding to the overall durability and reliability.
This product is favored by search and rescue teams, militaries, and off-road enthusiasts worldwide for its proven performance and ease of use. Installation is straightforward, taking just minutes, and it requires no splicing, simplifying the upgrade process. Whether used in recovery operations or recreational off-roading, the Factor 55 FlatLink XTV enhances your winch system’s strength, safety, and efficiency, making it a valuable addition to any vehicle's recovery gear.
