Its compatibility with wire rope diameters up to 3/4 inch and synthetic rope tube thimbles up to 5/8 inch makes it versatile for various winching setups.
The FlatLink XXL is engineered with a 7/8 inch titanium double shear pin that provides a minimum breaking strength of 65,000 pounds, ensuring safety and reliability during heavy-duty recoveries. Its maximum rated load capacity is 26,000 pounds, making it suitable for a wide range of off-road and towing applications. Unlike conventional winch hooks, which can cut or fray recovery straps and allow strap ends to escape during slack cycles, the FlatLink XXL employs screw pins or soft shackles that prevent strap escape even under slack conditions.
Designed for ease of use, the shackle mount stows neatly against either roller or Hawse type fairleads. EPDM rubber guards are securely attached with barbed tips to protect alloy fairleads from damage. This product is made in the USA and meets rigorous quality standards.
