The Factor 55 HitchLink 2.0 is a robust and versatile recovery and tow point designed for 2-inch receiver hitches. Crafted from lightweight yet durable CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, this shackle mount offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring reliable performance in demanding recovery situations. Its hard anodized gray finish provides corrosion resistance and a sleek appearance suitable for various off-road and towing applications. The HitchLink 2.0 is rated at 9,500 pounds, making it suitable for heavy-duty use, and is compatible with both standard 3/4-inch screw pin shackles and soft shackles up to 1/2 inch. The machined radius on the shackle mount hole enhances soft shackle compatibility and reduces wear, ensuring longevity and safety during recovery operations.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
