Its machined radius on the shackle mount hole allows compatibility with soft shackles up to 1/2 inch and common 3/4-inch screw pin shackles, making it versatile for various recovery gear.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).

- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
