The Factor 55 HitchLink 2.0 is a versatile and durable recovery point designed for 2-inch receiver hitches. Crafted from lightweight yet robust 6061 aluminum, this shackle mount offers a reliable solution for off-road recovery and towing applications. Its CNC-machined construction ensures precision fit and strength, making it suitable for heavy-duty use with a rated capacity of 9,500 lbs. The Powdercoat finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in demanding environments. The anodized or powder-coated surface not only adds to its durability but also maintains a sleek silver appearance that complements various vehicle styles. The machined radius on the shackle mount hole allows compatibility with soft shackles up to 1/2 inch and common 3/4 inch screw pin shackles, providing flexibility for different recovery gear setups. Easily install this mount by sliding it into your vehicle’s 2-inch receiver opening and securing it with a hitch pin (not included). Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
