Its mil-spec hard anodized gunmetal gray finish ensures resistance to corrosion and wear, making it suitable for demanding environments. The HitchLink 3.0 features a machined radius on the shackle mount hole for soft shackles up to 1/2 inch, accommodating a range of shackles and soft shackles for versatile recovery options. With a rated capacity of 18,000 pounds, it offers peace of mind during heavy-duty towing and recovery operations. Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.

- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
