The Factor 55 ProLink "E" Expert Winch Shackle Mount in Gray offers a safer and more reliable alternative to traditional winch hooks. Returns & Exchanges:

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
