Built for the Factor 55 Rope Retention Pulley (RRP) - 6061 Aluminum, Hard Anodized Gray, this Factor 55 component delivers rugged durability, precise fitment, and trail-ready performance. Engineered for serious off-road use while maintaining everyday drivability.
ROPE RETENTION PULLEY (RRP)
The Factor 55 Rope Retention Pulley (RRP) is a lightweight and compact solution designed to enhance your winching setup. Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum with a hard anodized finish, this pulley offers corrosion resistance and longevity in demanding off-road environments. Its design allows for increased pulling power or efficient redirection of the winch line, making it an essential component for recovery operations involving synthetic ropes. The pulley is specifically engineered for use with synthetic rope only and should be used with a non-coated soft shackle to ensure optimal performance and safety. During momentary slack, the rope retention rubber fingers securely hold the line in place, preventing accidental escape from the pulley groove. An oversized hole radius ensures a smooth surface that minimizes wear and keeps the soft shackle from rubbing against sharp edges, prolonging the lifespan of your gear. To further improve performance, the friction surface has been treated with Teflon, providing a slick surface that enhances heat dissipation and reduces friction during operation. The compact design makes it easy to integrate into your recovery setup without adding unnecessary bulk. Whether you’re upgrading your winch system or setting up a new recovery kit, the Factor 55 RRP offers reliable performance, safety, and efficiency in a lightweight package. The pulley's gray color and robust construction make it suitable for various off-road and recovery applications, ensuring durability even in tough conditions. This pulley is a vital upgrade for off-road enthusiasts seeking a high-quality, dependable component for their winching system. Please note that this pulley requires careful handling and proper installation to maximize its benefits and ensure safe operation during recovery tasks.
