The Factor 55 Rope Retention Pulley XTV (RRP XTV) combined with a soft shackle offers a lightweight, compact solution for increasing pulling power or redirecting winch lines. Designed specifically for use with synthetic ropes, this pulley provides an efficient alternative to traditional heavy snatch blocks, making it ideal for off-road recovery and winching applications. The pulley features rubber fingers that securely retain the rope during momentary slack, preventing slippage and ensuring smooth operation. The oversized hole radius creates a smooth surface that minimizes wear on the soft shackle, while the Teflon-treated friction surface enhances slickness and dissipates heat for prolonged durability. Returns & Exchanges:

- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.

- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
