The Factor 55 Splicer 3/8-1/2 inch Synthetic Rope Splice-On Shackle Mount in green is a pioneering solution designed for secure and reliable synthetic winch line attachments. Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum with a powdercoat finish, this mount offers excellent resistance to abrasion, UV exposure, and harsh environmental conditions. Its innovative splice-on design eliminates the need for traditional shackles, providing a streamlined and efficient setup for synthetic ropes up to 1/2 inch in diameter. The integrated rubber pad and machined rope passage serve to protect the synthetic line from impact and abrasion, ensuring longevity and safety during demanding off-road or recovery operations. This product is specifically engineered for synthetic winch ropes, and proper splicing techniques such as the locking Brummel splice or Long Bury splice are recommended for optimal performance. - Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
