The Factor 55 Splicer XTV is a high-performance splice-on shackle mount designed for UTV and ATV winches. Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum with a hard anodized finish, it offers enhanced protection against impact, abrasion, and UV exposure. This innovative shackle mount features a unique machined rope passage that provides a tough outer barrier, safeguarding synthetic rope from damage during use. Its design accommodates synthetic winch lines with full breaking strengths, provided the correct splice is used, such as a locking Brummel or Long Bury splice. The Splicer XTV's versatile design allows for a working load limit that depends on the rope diameter, ensuring safe and reliable operation across different applications.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
