The Factor 55 Ultrahook Winch Hook with Shackle Mount in 392 bronze is designed for off-road enthusiasts who demand both speed and reliability in their winching equipment. Crafted from durable 7075 aluminum with a powdercoat finish, this hook offers superior corrosion resistance and strength. Its innovative design includes an industry-first closed system shackle mount hole machined directly into the body, providing a secure and streamlined attachment point for your winch cable or synthetic rope. The safety latch is securely held in a machined pocket and features an integrated secondary locking mechanism, enhancing safety during operation. The latch locking pin, stored within the hook body, can be easily inserted into the tip to lock the latch into place, ensuring a secure connection under load. The Ultrahook is compatible with all steel cables and synthetic ropes up to 3/8 inch in diameter, utilizing a 5/8 inch diameter titanium double shear pin that offers exceptional shear strength and durability. Rubber pads made from EPDM provide fairlead protection, reducing wear on your cable and preventing damage during winching. The finger grip feature promotes correct hook-up orientation, making it easier for operators to connect quickly and safely.
