Built for the False Top Panels for SWW Drawer Storage Systems, this Solid Wood Worx component delivers rugged durability, precise fitment, and trail-ready performance. Engineered for serious off-road use while maintaining everyday drivability.
Your drawer is already doing its job. The False Top makes it do two.
Slide the drawer open and a full work surface extends with it — flush with the top of the system, right at cargo level. Use it in place as a table, cutting board, or prep surface. Or lift it off completely and take it wherever you need a flat surface. Close the drawer and it disappears back into the system. No loose panels, no rattles, no setup.
False tops are sold individually — one panel per unit. Each drawer takes one pair (2 panels: left and right side). Single-drawer systems fit up to 2 false tops total; dual-drawer systems fit up to 4 (one pair per drawer). Order the quantity you need at checkout. Sizing is system-specific, so make sure you select the correct vehicle platform before adding to cart.
Choose your material:
HexPly — The same material your system is built from. Matches the finish, takes a beating, and can be cut down for custom fit or clearance around accessories. The most versatile option and the most affordable. Good for everyday use, overlanding, and anyone who wants to modify their setup down the road.
Metal (Aircraft-Grade Aluminum) — Polished and certified to food-grade standards. Heat-safe, easy to wipe down, and built to last. If you're cooking out of your rig, running a fridge slide, or just want the cleanest possible surface, this is the one. Harder to scratch, easier to clean, and it looks the part.
Bamboo — Polished to food-grade standards with a ridged edge that captures liquid runoff and keeps it off your gear. Natural aesthetic that stands out from the rest of the system. A solid pick for food prep, camp cooking, or anyone who wants something a little different.
Not sure which material is right for you? HexPly for everyday versatility, Metal if cleanability and heat resistance are the priority, Bamboo if you cook a lot and want the natural look.
Compatibility note: False Tops are designed and sized for SWW Storage Systems only. They are not compatible with our DIY plans or third-party drawer builds — surface dimensions are sized to fit SWW drawers exactly. If you ordered a complete SWW Storage System, these fit perfectly.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
