Returns & Exchanges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error or a confirmed defective product.

Obtaining Return Authorization

• We will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping location after the return has been approved.
• Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Warranty & Defective Products

• KOVA Offroad does not independently manufacture or warrant third-party products, but we will assist customers with the warranty claim process whenever possible.
• If you believe a product is defective, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.

Order Cancellations & Changes
