Watch the InstallFollow along with the full installation video. All vinyls ship in tubes to prevent damage — lay everything flat first. Do the install in 70-80°F weather, and use light heat to help edges set if it's cool out. |

Returns & Exchanges

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error or a confirmed defective product.

- Do not ship a return to KOVA Offroad or directly to a manufacturer without receiving return authorization and return instructions from us first.
Obtaining Return Authorization

- We will provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping location after the return has been approved.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Warranty & Defective Products

- If you believe a product is defective, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable.

Order Cancellations & Changes
