Letter color note: choose Black and letters are white; choose Navy Pier and letters are cool grey; all other colors use black letters — this keeps good contrast. Printed colors may vary slightly from traditional material colors.

Watch it fully before you start, then follow along step by step for the best result. Clean the application area and apply using a dry installation. You can clean with rubbing alcohol (diluted 10-15% won't damage paint and evaporates fast). Make sure the area is completely dry first. Install in the shade so the vinyl doesn't heat up too fast. In colder climates, keep a hair dryer or heat gun handy to help the adhesive set. |

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.

- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.

- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
