Installation Instructions
Install at 70-85°F — work in the shade if it's warm. Make sure the vinyl is completely flat before starting. Wash your hands before peeling — you don't want oils or debris on the adhesive.
Recommended items:
- Microfiber cloth
- Wax-free detailer spray to prep the surface
- Optional: heat gun or hair dryer
Clean the trim area thoroughly with wax-free detailer — don't forget the edges. Allow to dry completely. For a dry install, align the piece carefully before pressing. Once aligned, push out any air gently with your fingers — the piece is small so no squeegee needed. Press firmly from the center outward. The adhesive activates with pressure and heat — a quick pass with a hairdryer on the edges after install helps lock it down.
