Spectra® Power: Manufactured from genuine Spectra® fiber. With a 6400kg (14100lbs) Minimum Breaking Strain. That is a massive safety margin for UTVs, small 4WDs, and farm machinery.

High-Vis Safety: Recovery often happens in the mud, in the dark, or in deep grass. We used a bright blue and orange weave so you can instantly identify your connection point. You cannot verify a safe connection if you cannot see it.

The 550mm (21") Versatility: At 550mm (21") long, it gives you enough length to loop through difficult recovery points or around tubular bars without the struggle of rigid steel.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
