The large 2.5-inch shock body with increased piston surface area ensures maximum travel, superior ride quality, and heightened suspension performance both on-road and off-road. The inclusion of remote reservoirs improves heat dissipation and shock oil volume, reducing the risk of overheating and damper fade during demanding driving conditions. This kit is engineered with vehicle-specific tuning, providing optimized damping for better control and ride comfort over stock components. The shocks incorporate a steel body with a cadmium finish, and the coil springs are included in a sleek black finish, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The system is compatible with OEM wheels and tires, and recommended aftermarket tires are 33 inches by 11.50 inches, with modifications possible for larger sizes. The kit features adjustable electronic damping via the Damping Adjustment Type—CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve)—which offers infinitely variable adjustments reacting in less than 40 milliseconds. Powered by ICON's intelligent control system and mobile app, the CDEV uses sensors and algorithms to predict terrain and automatically fine-tune shock settings for optimal performance.
