Installation
Clean the application area to prepare it for installation (no Armor All!). Ideal install temperature is between 70-80 degrees. Do not install on a warm dash or in direct sunlight unless it is cool outside. Our install video documents all the possible tips we could imagine. This is a similar install as the video. It's an individual letter by letter install.

You could do this with a little application fluid, soapy water, or even yes... saliva if you are worried about a bad alignment.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.

- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
