Each shackle features a high-quality red protective sleeve to guard against abrasion and trail damage, delivering maximum strength, lightweight handling, and dependable performance when it matters most.
Constructed from high-strength synthetic fiber, each 3/8" x 35" shackle delivers an impressive 10,700 lb Working Load Limit (WLL) and 32,000 lb Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) while remaining lightweight, flexible, and easy to handle on the trail.
The extended design of the Long Reach Soft Shackle gives you additional reach when connecting to oversized or hard-to-access recovery points. Unlike traditional steel shackles, the lightweight synthetic construction eliminates heavy metal pins and makes the shackle easy to carry, store, and rig when you need it.
Each shackle is equipped with a high-quality red protective sleeve designed to help guard the synthetic fibers against abrasion, friction, dirt, and trail damage at critical contact points.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
