Installation Tips:
To get the best performance and longevity out of your ORI Strut Jacket, please follow these installation guidelines:
• Start from the bottom
Begin installation just above the lower fitting/valve area of the strut to protect the exposed shaft at normal ride height
• Leave slight slack at the bottom
Leave approximately 2–3 inches of slack at the bottom to allow for natural suspension cycle.
• Secure the top tightly
Use the provided zip tie at the top to lock the jacket firmly in the ORI’s Grove This prevents any movement or sliding during suspension travel.
• Ensure full closure
Make sure the Velcro is fully sealed along the entire length for maximum protection against debris.
Note:
this product is considered a consumable item!
Depending on usage and conditions, it may last a full season—or require replacement sooner. Regular inspection is recommended, and replacement should be expected as part of normal use.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
