Packed only with the most essential items to help get you through an emergency scenario— if the air quality is poor (think forest fire or pandemic) there is an air respirator Mask ; if it is raining there is a poncho; if the power goes out there is a flashlight, if someone is injured there are first-aid supplies; if signaling others there is a high decibel whistle; plus food & water rations. A great value and up to a 5-year shelf life!

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days; timing can vary by warehouse and supplier. Backordered items may take longer. Contact us if you need help with timing.
Free shipping on regular catalog items (Lower 48).
Exceptions:
• Oversized / freight products — flat $150 or $350 freight (shown on the product page and at checkout).
• Some Shopify Collective items may offer optional paid carrier upgrades at checkout; Free Shipping remains available where enabled.

Returns & Exchanges:
- A 25% Damage Fee will be charged if items arrive damaged.
- All returns must be authorized within 14 days after delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date.
- Products must be repacked in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Free shipping items will have standard shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed only after inspection (may take up to 14 days).
- Allow 7-10 days after inspection for refund to appear on your account.

- Include your order number inside and outside the package.
Defective Items:
- Report defective items within 30 days for warranty claims.
- KOVA OFFROAD covers shipping if item is defective.
- If item is not defective, customer pays return shipping.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or changed within 72 hours of placing the order.
- 3rd party vendor items (lights, shocks, etc.) may carry a 20% change/cancellation fee after 72 hours.
- Some items (Garage Sale, Special Orders, Pre-Orders, Group Buys) are non-returnable.
Fitment:
- Customers are responsible for verifying product fitment before purchase.
