Featuring a comprehensive design, this kit includes boxed steel front and rear cross members and a full-width skid plate crafted from 3/16-inch thick steel, providing robust protection and structural integrity. The 1/4-inch boxed differential drop brackets incorporate double gussets and a boxed center rib to withstand torsional twisting, ensuring long-lasting performance on rugged terrains.
This 4-inch lift kit utilizes heavy-duty angled and offset top mount strut extensions that realign the factory struts, optimizing shock performance and reducing wear. Additionally, a specially designed lower mount strut preload spacer offers a slight increase in spring rate, accommodating larger wheels and tires seamlessly. For the rear, fabricated steel blocks with integrated bump stop landings and new shock extensions facilitate a uniform lift.
Designed after months of engineering and extensive testing, the ReadyLift 44-39420 delivers a superior ride quality, outperforming stock suspension systems. It is compatible with up to 35-inch tires, with recommended maximum sizes of 20x9 wheels with zero offset or 20x10 wheels with -18 offset, with some trimming required for larger setups. The kit is intended for professional installation due to its complexity and takes approximately five hours to complete. Shocks are included, with Bilstein shocks for the rear, ensuring optimal damping. Please note that this product contains chemicals recognized by California Proposition 65, such as DEHP, which may cause health concerns.
