The kit also features durable DOM-tube steel upper control arms equipped with heavy-duty ball joints and maintenance-free anti-resistance bushings, ensuring increased strength and longevity while maintaining factory ride characteristics. This combination prevents stamped steel control arm failure and allows for up to 33-inch tires, giving your truck a more aggressive look and improved off-road capability. For proper fitment, vehicle owners should measure from the wheel hub center to the fender's bottom edge at 12 o'clock while the wheels face forward; if the measurement exceeds 22 inches, the vehicle has pre-installed lift components. Some trucks may require the addition of 1/2-inch front wheel spacers, especially when fitted with factory wheels, to achieve optimal clearance and tire fitment. Installation is considered difficult and requires professional expertise, typically taking over five hours, and should be performed without the lower horseshoe spacer to preserve suspension geometry and avoid component interference.
